Today I had remind myself that I am human. Even though I had a spiritual awakening and have cleaned up so much of my past and released it into the universe…I’m still going to cry and have a “meltdown”. With everything going on in my life I was feeling a bit overwhelmed today. While in the shower I had a good cry. A really good cry. I came across this quote and it spoke to me. Although I did have my moment I didn’t let it affect the rest of my day. Carpe Diem.
